Home Practice Ideas

CLASS 1:
Notice the body sensations you can locate during 1) pleasant, 2) unpleasant and 3) neutral events. Can you find patterns?

CLASS 2:
1) Be an Animal: go barefoot outside, roll in the grass, walk in the rain, pee in the woods!
2) Practice with the ‘body systems scan’ and notice what thoughts/emotions/sensations arise during and after the practice.
3) Notice your body: watch your hands working together, feel your tongue in the mouth as you eat, practice balancing on one foot, brush your teeth with yous non-dominant hand, practice slow walking meditation
