Hi, I am Sherry Klauer.  After my daughter was diagnosed with cancer in 2009 I was tossed into a whirlwind of emotion and stress beyond anything I ever imagined.  I got lots of advice (and prescription offers) from doctors, friends, and family but nothing seemed to help get me through the day quite like moving my body, nurturing my mind, and connecting with my soul in a deep, meaningful way. 

Now, I navigate the waters of parenting an adult child with a disability while launching my other two off into the world of college and beyond. I’m still learning who I want to be when I grow up, and how to manage that with all the responsibilities of being a mom, spouse, sister, friend, and the many other roles we take on through this incredible journey of life.

I learned the hard way that the path to managing stress/anxiety/depression is a journey - not a destination. There are many tools that can support us on this path - I’d love to share what I’ve learned with you.
