Not at all. We start from exactly where you are.

This is coaching with a therapeutic lens. It’s goal-oriented and holistic, not diagnosis-based. If we discover therapy is a better fit, I’ll support you in finding the right care.
Q: How often do we meet?
You’ll have the option of weekly or biweekly sessions, with text or email support in between.
